Overview

Whether a full time remote worker or simply working from home there will come a time when you need to change your Constellation account password while NOT in the office.

This article will show you how to change your password and give you some helpful tips.

• every Constellation employee is required to change passwords every 90 days
• once you change your password you CANNOT change it again for 24 hours
• you are required to have a minimum of 8 characters, 1 Capital letter and a special character or number in your password

Steps To Change Your Password

Step 1.

Connect to Constellation VPN  (click here if you do not know how)

Step 2.

Once connected press ALT+CRTL+DEL

Step 3.

On the 'lock screen' choose 'change a password'

Step 3.

Enter your current password and your new password twice and hit enter

Step 4.

After successfully changing your password hit ALT+CRTL+DEL  again and lock your machine by clicking 'lock'

Step 5.

Login to your machine with your new password. You are done!
